I help adults, professionals, children, adolescents, and families manage ADHD symptoms and leverage their strengths for personal and professional success. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Socio-Legal Studies from the University of Sydney, and am a qualified ADHD Behavioral Coach through the ADDCA course. Diagnosed with ADHD myself, I am passionate about reducing stigma, improving diagnosis, and advocating for policy changes in healthcare and education. I have presented research at major ADHD conferences and am active in advocacy organisations, including ADHD UK and the International Coaching Federation |
