  • Nisha Bal

    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ABN 89 367 785 504

I am an experienced occupational therapist and founder of Seeds Occupational Therapy.

With nearly 20 years of practice since graduating from Curtin University in Perth, I have dedicated my career to supporting neurodivergent individuals, with a particular focus on ADHD and Autism. Working both privately and in schools, I am passionate about helping clients with ADHD understand and embrace the unique strengths of an ADHD brain.

With a focus on strengths-based strategies, I work collaboratively with adults with ADHD to tackle everyday obstacles such as time management, organisation, and feelings of overwhelm. I emphasise the importance of practical, tailored solutions that align with each individual’s lifestyle and needs. I am dedicated to equipping my clients with effective tools and insights, enabling them to navigate the complexities of living in a neurotypical world while harnessing their unique strengths.
